Delivery area
We ship from our production in Portugal to Austria and Germany. Delivery to other countries is not available at the moment; for such an address no shipping method is offered during checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from conclusion of the contract or, for prepayment, from receipt of payment.
Who delivers
Depending on the destination country, your parcel is delivered by FedEx, UPS, Austrian Post or GLS. The shipping confirmation tells you which one carries your order.
Shipping costs
Austria: €5.00. Germany: €7.00.
Shipping is free from an order value of €79.00 (Austria) or €99.00 (Germany).
What counts are the shipping costs shown to you during the ordering process before you complete your order.
Returns
If you use our returns label, €5.00 is deducted from your refund. You can also send the goods back yourself at your own cost. For a justified complaint we cover the return shipping. Details in the returns portal.
Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you and incur no additional shipping costs.
